REFUND POLICY (Global)

1) Scope

This policy applies to purchases of the SaaS service “AI Receptionist” offered by Hilcore Group LLC (USA) to global clients.

2) Trial Period

We offer a 14-day trial period without charge. If you do not cancel before the end of the trial, the automatic charge for the selected plan will be processed.

3) Refunds

We do not issue refunds once: a) the service is activated in your account, or b) the trial has ended without prior cancellation. Partial or prorated payments: not applicable. Annual plans: non-refundable after the charge (except for duplicates/billing errors).

4) Exceptions

We do issue refunds when: There was a duplicate charge or billing error attributable to us. Local law grants a non-waivable right (e.g., consumer withdrawal rights). In such cases, we will follow the applicable legal procedure and timeframe.

5) Cancellation

You may cancel at any time before the next cycle. Cancellation prevents future charges; it does not imply a refund of amounts already charged. Valid channels: account dashboard or [email protected].

6) Currency and Fees

We show prices in local currency, but the charge is processed in USD at the current exchange rate via Stripe. Banking fees or exchange rate differentials are non-refundable.
