Service Operations: Messages (text/voice) exchanged with the bot, bookings, schedules, preferences, logs.

Billing: Address, country, tax ID (optional), payment history (via Stripe).

Usage/Analytics: IP address, device, cookies, product metrics.

Support/Onboarding: Recordings or transcripts, if authorized by you.

3) Purposes of Processing

To provide the Service (scheduling, reminders, integrations, and support).

Billing and invoicing (subscriptions, receipts).

Security (prevention of abuse/fraud, auditing).

Product improvement (analytics and development).

We process data with contracted vendors under security measures: Stripe (payments), Meta/WhatsApp, official WhatsApp Business providers (if applicable), LeadConnector/GHL, OpenAI (text/voice processing depending on configuration), cloud/analytics/support.
